Final pricing, scope of work, and warranty terms are set out in a separate written agreement signed before any work begins.
When you request an inspection or service, we may contact you by phone, text message, or email to confirm or schedule your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at (608) 571-0717. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes.

For storm-related or insurance-related work, AFC Exteriors may assist you with the claims process and meet with your insurance adjuster on site. We do not act as your insurance company or as a public adjuster, and we make no guarantee regarding the approval or outcome of any insurance claim. You remain responsible for your own policy obligations, deductibles, and decisions.
You agree to provide accurate information, reasonable access to the property, and timely decisions necessary for us to perform the services. You represent that you are the property owner or are authorized to request work on the property.
With your permission, we may use your feedback, reviews, or photos of completed work for marketing purposes. We will not publicly share your personal contact information.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of AFC Exteriors or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
